Order Processing

We know you’re excited to receive your gear. Orders placed on our site are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Any order placed after 2:00 PM CT on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following business day.

Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum purchase required. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S.

We work with a network of reliable national carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier for your order is chosen based on package size, weight, and final destination to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping Delays

While we always strive to meet these timeframes, occasional delays due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events may occur. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will notify you and do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
