How long do I have to make a return?
You have 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered to request a return. After that window, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.
What items can be returned?
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Of course, if you received a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item entirely, it qualifies for a return regardless — just let us know what happened.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Absolutely not. Returns are 100% free. We’ll issue you a prepaid return shipping label via email — just print it and drop the package off with the carrier. There are no restocking fees or hidden charges, ever.
How do I start a return?

- We’ll reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
- Pack the items securely, attach the label, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

When will I get my refund?
We inspect all returns promptly. Once your package is received and checked, we’ll process the refund within 1–2 business days. After that, the time it takes for the funds to appear back on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider — typically 7–10 business days. Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now. The fastest way to get what you need is to return your unwanted item for a full refund and place a new order for the correct size or style.
